Retribution Falls: Tales of the Ketty Jay
Retribution Falls is a rip-roaring adventure yarn with air pirates that combines a bit of both science fiction and fantasy. The world is revealed as needed, but the real bonus is the fantastic characters, some of whom fall into the unsympathetic category yet are so well drawn we can't help but identify with them. Some might decry a few similarities to Joss Whedon's Firefly, but Wooding makes the world and story his own. Wonderful book.
